The room was clean and nice. Top views of the sea. Very close to markets, fast foods, and supermarkets. The breakfast service was poor, but fine. The pool area is in nice conditions, but some areas require more accessibility with handles for elderly people. The play yard should include more attractions for kids, such as small slides and swings. The entertainment was very good during the night.

Staff was great! Room- had a leakage issue in the bath creating water spillage all over the floor. Restaurant- too long of a wait for food, even for small orders. Amenities- not enough towels for a family of 4. Pool towels- had to turn in the only room key given to get towels creating unnecessary inconvenience. Everything else was good. Love the location and views.

Hotel has some magnificent views and if you rented a car you are close to town, the beach, airport so location centric if you have a vehicle Staff super helpful and friendly Some negatives : room doors are frosted glass so light comes through when trying to sleep. My room TV was not functioning properly and no phone to call reception In the terrace the music was awesome just way too loud which inhibits making it pleasant, it’s so loud you can talk to your partner or friends because you would need to scream Bed was hard but ok I guess Overall good place needs some updates and please keep the music at a volume that is pleasant. Believe me many people there were commenting on this same issue

Room needed a lot of improvement. No toilet paper holder, towels were old and hard. Beds were hard and it was very noisy all thrive the night. The hallway light stayed on and could be see through the front room door. We didnt get much rest. This hotel is not a resort as it claims. Tiny adult pool. Continental breakfast was toast, deli meats, miniature muffins and coffee. .

Great, are you located on a hill overlooking the water without walking beach access. The only negative for me was lack of decent food from the restaurant or the continental breakfast in the morning.

It’s a great place for the entire family, friendly staff and good food, only problem the building it’s built multi leveled with no elevators, however we got helped to bring everything upstairs, excellent service and amenities inside property.

Never was able to actually stay there for more than five minutes.Beds were stained w urine on sheets & comforter and mattress Room had a terrible smell. In my 20 years of traveling worse managed hotel plus manager very rude and showed no effort to be accommodating.

Algunos retos y/o consejos, debe trabajar para ver la posibilidad de un asecensor y darle orientación al staff de empatía e inclusión; por ejemplo una respuesta de un staff, "Debe darle gracias a Dios que usted puede subir escalera" esto por nuestra queja de la falta de ascensor. Por otro lado, deben cotejar bien la habitación antes de entgregarla como por ejemplo, nunca puede utilizar la TV.
