「Rooms need to be remodeled, old furniture in rooms, cleanliness could be a lot better inside of rooms. Lobby is really fancy & smells nice but the rooms made my skin itch. 」

「No room phone connected, nobody to answer the phone when you call the lobby using google maps number and nobody at the front counter for over 20 min while i was trying to figure out if there was a timer or a button since the hot tub was the same temperature as the cold pool. Also they charge for basically everything to expect to spend an additional 80+ per person if you plan on having one meal and a couple drinks there. 」

「Saw a roach in our room. Mattress was pretty bad—probably picked it up at the Salvation Army. They tacked on a $50 service fee without telling us. Plus tax on the $50. Plus a $30 charge for valet parking. Breakfast was pretty nasty. Internet access and TV connection were spotty. Otherwise it was great! 」

「Good location. You will see big cuisines frm balcony. Food on 2nd floor is excellent, especially the pork ribs.」
