「I’m very disappointed with my stay. I booked this hotel through Expedia, and nowhere in the listing did it mention a $250 deposit for just one night. This was a complete surprise at check-in and felt very misleading. On top of that, I was later charged $15 for “dirty towels,” which makes no sense—towels are meant to be used and cleaned by the hotel. Charging guests for normal use is unreasonable.
