The staff at this hotel is the absolute best!! I wish I caught the girl's name at the front desk; she was a lifesaver on more than one occasion. Carlos in the cafe is also top notch! Rooms were very comfortable and the surrounding area was awesome for activities and restaurants. Will definitely stay here again.

The staff were very nice and helpful! The rooms were nice and clean. Breakfast was delicious for it being free. Pool doesn’t get overcrowded. Absolutely loved this place ! Enjoyed our parent trip away from the kids and away from others kids. Being an adult only hotel made it so much better. Multiple restaurants and bars in the area. It’s a little secluded away from pharmacies and Walmart and fast food places but overall very nice hotel and I definitely recommend it.

Had to run hot water for 5 minutes to get it hot. Daughter took a lukewarm shower. Bathroom has little to hang wet towels and wash cloths so they end up on the floor. Sliding barn door on bathroom does not offer much privacy. Staff has been very friendly and helpful.

Wow!! Incredible stay even though we stay just one night. Thanks to all the staff from the check in to the restaurant (Amaury and Carlos) and check out for assisting us and making us feel welcome. The room was beautifully decorated and far away from all the buzz. There is a lot of restaurants to choose from and the food was amazing both at Isla Cueva and breakfast at Brújula. We will come back for sure!!
