「stayed here just for a night but found everything to be beautiful, safe, and an overall great experience. I arrived injured, and the staff went out of their way to make me feel safe and comfortable. The hotel is absolutely beautiful! 」

「Property was clean and it is located right at the water. It is about 20-25 minutes away from the airport in an older part of Puerto Rico. There is a bar and restaurant attached. Food was good at the restaurant. Mixed drink ah not so much.」

「Overall a pleasant stay, with a few misses in service/hospitality. First day, we stopped at the bar ordered a margarita with Cointreau, we were charged $12 for the Margarita + $12 for the Cointreau up charge = $24…typically there would be a $3 to $4 up charge for this less than 1oz ingredient. On a separate occasion we had dinner at Alba, sat outside by the pool, there were 4 employees (1 bartender, 3 servers), 4 tables sitting outside, no tables inside and still waited 30 plus minutes to...

「Room was clean , it seems like they were under staff . Waiter was super slow but the food made up for it. I wanted to use the computer area to print some documents and the printer wasnt functioning. Instead of the concierge fixing the problem he just ignored it ! The pool was very small a bunch of kids in the adult area , no pool towels available when need it .」
