Overall I am disappointed with our stay at Olimpo. The check in process was super easy, no complaints at all. The pictures of this hotel online looked pretty good so we decided to book with them. But they were very deceiving, I should have looked at the guest review pictures. The room was the most disappointing part of our stay. There were hairs in the shower, on the bedsheets, and on the towels that were given. The shower drain did not work so the water would not drain properly when we showered. The floors were sticky and dirty so we constantly walked with shoes on around the room. They also don’t offer daily cleaning, that might have been in the contract and I missed it I am not sure. If you want to dread coming back to you hotel room every night, I recommend you really do your research before booking with this hotel.

The whole staff was welcoming! Communication was easy. The room was nicely done, clean, and the air conditioning was wonderful, no issues with hot water thank god. Parking was right across the street, great restaurants to walk to. Definitely staying again! Thank you for everything!

Parking was easy and secure. The air conditioning worked well. Disappointed that the terrace was not open and the internet reception did not work in our room. The staff was friendly, respectful and accommodating. The hotel is within walking distance to restaurants, a film theater, supermarket and pharmacy. Esay drive to Old San Juan and expressways to other areas of the island.

Air conditioning was essential to deal with humidity. Temp settings below 73 were required to avoid condensation on stone floors. Staff was exceptionally helpful. Jaymee provided outstanding service to address questions and was very helpful.

Parking is gated and secure and easy just across the hotel about 15 steps. Veey nice area with plenty restaurants of all types. Nice and good size rooms nicely dexorate. Air conditioner works great. We had a very confortable king size bed. Rooms have hot water, microwave and mini fridge as well as coffe maker and there is also a coffe maker in the looby and a very good size supermarket justa around the corner. We loved this place and definitely will stay there next time we visit Puerto Rico

The location of the hotel is everything. Property is close to the beach, restaurants, a supermarket, and within walkable distance from old San Juan. The reviews were great for this place, and that was a big part of the reason why we stayed there. It was disappointing to see that the front desk staff was nothing close to what the reviews were describing. Most of them were just hiding behind the computer screen and didn't even acknowledge who was going in or out of the lobby. Honestly, the valet parking attendant from the hotel next door was more helpful. The floor in the room was sticky, I'm guessing from a previous guest, and there was thrash under the bed. The rooms need some serious maintenance. Overall, it was just an okay experience.
