"We had communicated to the hotel on 2 separate occasions concerning our late arrival time which was to be about12:30 am. I was assured that someone would be there to check us in. Our taxi dropped us off on a very dark and deserted street and the door to the hotel was locked, we rang the doorbell and phoned several times but no response. "AIRCONDITIONER IN ROOM ONLY AT ONE LEVEL AND VERY LOUD. TOILET DID NOT FLUSH PROPERLY. LOCATION WAS EXCELLENT AND STAFF PROVIDED EXTRA PILLOWS. THE PROPERTY WAS SUFFICIENT FOR THE PRICE AND ONLY ONE NIGHT."
