We had an excellent time at the hotel. Staff was great. The bartender is a true artist. Best cocktails anywhere!!! Public beach really nice and 3min walk. Restaurant and staff very accommodating and pleasent to deal with.

Our stay at French Coco was truly exceptional. The hotel is new, clean and located in the lush Martinique forest. Staff is simply amazing, they helped us in all the possible ways for whatever issues we had. Breakfast was rich and of high quality. Truly outstanding, thank you!

Peace created by the lush garden, wooden structure

We stayed only one night at Hotel French Coco, but it was our best night on the island. When we arrived we immediately got a beautiful drink and a warm welcome. The place has a sense of peace created by the lush garden, wooden structures and friendly staff. We loved our suite with a lovely shower facing a small private garden and a nice terrace with a view over the garden. We had dinner at the hotel and the food and wine was amazing.

This is an amazing little hotel. The service is impeccable. We ate at the restaurant for breakfast and dinner. The food was very good with beautiful presentation. The only negative point if you’re looking to enjoy the beach is the location. The property is a bit far from the nicest beaches in the south of Martinique.

Good but room for improvement

The best hotel in the area and food in the restaurant was great. Breakfast - well you need to pre-order which is a pain. I get the point about waste BUT when the bread is frozen / pre-baked packaged bread, the crossaints and pain au raisin etc also frozen and you have to wait 15 mins, clearly it is cooked from frozen to order. It is crazy when there is a bakery literally at the end of tbe road that there is no fresh bread or pastrys. No comparison to Leading Hotels of the World - not sure how the status was acquired. No real bar area to relax in the evening which would make the hotel more appealing. No restaurant food available after 20h30. You can have a plate of meat and cheese in your room (as no bar area) but you have to pay an extra €15 for it in the room.

We loved our stay at Hotel French Coco from the warm welcome to our own private plunge pool. The staff were very accommodating and kind and the gardens were beautiful (we saw many species of birds during our stay). The breakfasts were delicious with a good variety of options (although I mistakenly though that « breakfast included » covered the cooked options as well). The hotel is within five minutes of a beautiful, natural beach and several different options for meals. We also enjoyed the proximity to the beautiful hike around the peninsula- highly recommend! One small point is that the sound does travel between rooms so if you are a light sleeper, it’s a good idea to have some ear plugs.

Amazing property. Quietest room ever. Friendly and helpful staff. Easy walk to beach. But best to rent a car and explore. The restaurant is excellent; superb breakfast and dinner, and other options for dinner nearby. Best location in quiet, authentic fishing village that is not touristy. We adored French Coco!

Had a great time with my partner celebrating my 40th birthday. The hotel is beautiful set in a lush garden just a short walk to the beach. But you have your own pool on top of the hotels pool. The breakfast is made to order and everything is delicious. The staff is very professional, helpful and friendly. They also have a great restaurant which was closed on my b'day but we enjoyed it the other day. The property is eco-friendly and looking very much into sustainability. Thanks for having us. Wish to be back one day.

We enjoyed our spacious apartment, with its private mini-pool for cooling off. There is also a swimming pool. The staff were top notch, very friendly and welcoming. The gardens, with their exotic trees and shrubs were amazing. There is a beautiful sandy beach 150 meters walk from there. The hotel has a private, gated parking lot. There are many inexpensive open-air restaurants nearby, but they were crowded at high season. Our hotel has a restaurant but it is very expensive. The delicious cooked breakfasts included in our hotel rate consisted of fresh fruit, yogurt, eggs cooked to order, breads, pastries, coffee/tea, etc. I would rate this hotel at 5 star.

Les chambres sont superbes mais demandez d'être à l'étage sinon on vous marche sur la tête matin et soir. Prenez note que le petit-dej n'inclut que les viennoiseries. Les oeufs et autres plats sont à la carte. Décevant... Le menu du souper est intéressant et la nourriture est excellente. Bon service en général. Belles pistes de randonnées à 5 min de voiture. Les plages sont belles, essayez le cocoa beach café sur la plage.
