「Das Zimmer war in Ordnung obwohl ich dann ein anderes bekommen habe welches anderst aussieht als das Foto. Die Anlage ist schwerstens renovierungsbedürftig. Der Pool hat schon seit Jahren (!!!) kein Wasser mehr gesehen. Es könnte auch hie und da gekehrt werden. Tlw. sind Dinge schon länger kaputt und verlassen und wirken auch nicht als sollten sie jemals wieder repariert werden. Schlafen, eigenes Frühstück machen und sonst weg!」

「Un hôtel qui mériterait de former son personnel à l'accueil client et à approfondir quelque peu le ménage, que ce soit dans les chambres avec un passage à la va vite et des parties communes limites, avec par exemple du café renversé au milieu des escaliers toujours pas nettoyé après plusieurs jours. Pas d'eau chaude pendant 2 jours sans que cela ne perturbe le personnel. Chambre bruyante côté couloir mais surtout aucune isolation phonique avec chambre voisine. Séjour de 10 jours où l'on vous...

「I stayed there for 7 nights. There was a used soap when I first moved in. The AC is freezing cold and can't adjust. I saw hairs several times in the towels. The pillow is too low. I won't say it's a good experience staying there.」

「Quirky, boutique style hotel/lodge with beautiful, large, independent and well equipped villas, in the hills above Les Trois Ilets. Exceptional views of the bay from the main hotel. Perfect relaxation, after a week out at sea on a sailing boat. Out door spa was wonderfully relaxing with their signature massage for 2. The staff were very well trained, welcoming and nothing was too much. The lady on the front desk could not do enough for us to make our stay pleasant. Incredible value for money.」
