「The hotel was nice but needed some upgrades. I was locked out of my room for 7 times calling the front desk and maintenance for change the battery for the key card . The front desk didn’t offer me to move until the day before I was leaving but felt bad to offer me a free massage ,champagne and a small bag of coffee which I declined couldn’t make up the time I wanted to enjoy with family and friends because of a door key card issue.
