"The pictures does NOT match this “resort” at alllll. I went to this property on 6/1 and was sooo dissatisfied! The property needs renovations and honestly should not be open until then. I stayed for one night and then left to go to another resort. The staff were very friendly and the little food was good but other than that it’s a NO for me. The beach was nice but it’s not apart of the property. Giving the guest a pass to get into the beach is a nice gesture thanks ;)"

"Staff is perfect. The food was good just the same thing every meal. Sometimes cold. I wanted to add a guest and was charged a lot more than I thought. The Montego bay resort guest are not allowed on the palace beach. Reminded me of Jim Crow it wasn't a good feeling when I was told I to leave the beach. Other than than everything else was good. Staff is excellent. Night life was good. Just wanted more reggae music vibes. But I enjoyed the music that was. I give this place a thumbs up."

"My husband and I went there for my birthday, I never liked the fact that my husband and I were told on the same time we checked in that all the restaurants were unavailable for reservations for the three nights we were spending or one of us would have to go for dinner at six thirty pm and the other at seven pm because there was only seating for 1, which didn’t make sense However we were venting and a staff heard us and we explained the situation and she told us that she would help and she never failed us. Thanks again Ms Owiesha All the staffs we made contact with throughout our stay were very pleasant."

"I honestly do not understand the hype behind this place. For the amount you pay here — easily $100–150 per person depending on drinks and appetizers — the experience was shockingly bad from start to finish. I’ve genuinely received better customer service from Chick-fil-A and even McDonald’s. The service was one of the worst parts. Our salad came out completely dry with no dressing, and after trying multiple times to get someone’s attention, the staff either ignored us or acted annoyed that we were asking for basic things. It felt like once they dropped the food off, we no longer existed. Water glasses stayed empty, dirty plates sat on the table forever, and nobody checked on us. For a restaurant charging premium prices, you expect professionalism, attention to detail, and at least decent hospitality. Instead, the staff seemed disorganized, uninterested, and completely disconnected from the dining experience. The food itself was mediocre at best and definitely not worth the price point. I don’t mind paying for expensive meals when the quality and service match the cost, but this felt like paying luxury prices for fast-food level service — except somehow slower and less attentive. Extremely disappointing experience overall, and unfortunately not somewhere I would recommend or return to."
