This is a new property (4 years old) and we tried to be patient and understanding. Our daughter and son-in-law surprised us at check in with an upgrade to "Privilege". At the private check-in, we were told about all the upgrades that we would be eligible for, however, no alcohol, robes, or slippers were ever delivered to our room. We contacted the Front desk (several times in person) and we were told that the delivery would happen. However, nothing, absolutely nothing was every brought to our room. We believe the absolute worst part of all of this was that we were ultimately taken to (3) different rooms, room #1 was occupied, room #2 had two double beds and no alcohol, robes or slippers. When I called the front desk, I was told that reserving a "King Room" was not a guarantee of receiving a "King Room". We were ultimately relocated to a "King Room" after over an hour of "room swapping". While our overall stay was good and our group had a good time, we would definitely consider other all-adult/all-inclusive resort options in the future. Thank you for your time and enjoy your day.
