「It was clean and spacious. Hosts gave great recommendations on where to go. Notoya and family made us breakfast every morning and it was delicious and convenient. The gated community was safe and quiet. The pool facilities were clean. Overall, would recommend and stay here again.」

The suite itself was very clean thoughit lacked much in the way of cutlery, dish and laundry soap. 「Worst "all inclusive" hotel I've been to. Service was poor and I had to cancel my 2 nights after staying the first night and requested a refund. The manager with whom I interfaced had very poor customer service skills and seemed more interested to havd us cancel our stay rather than fix the issues. 「We 1st went November to celebrate our 25th anniversary. The weather,service, food, drink, and employees were fabulous. So in January we booked again and it was better than the 1st time. The staff actually remembered us!! Andre (pool bar), Jason, Nevin and Hagrain made our trip worth every penny. We would highly recommend this resort . Unfortunately it's closing for renovations. We're hoping the same staff return.」
