Good for the snacker. The Italian restaurant was excellent. Cook for egg station in morning is great and professional as is many of the wait staff. Good availability of cocktails for the full service. Need to have more options for food allergies. Chatham was over priced for the meals available. Most of the gym equipment was out of service. Bed was hard, like sleeping on a slab of concrete. Hot water takes forever to reach rooms (even on first floor) and is not consistent. Several areas are under repair or need to be.

I will never visit this resort again the housekeeping was awful and the drinks are very small. They serve drinks in a kid size cup. The front desk only has two people on duty. And the traffic of in coming guest are waiting for over twenty minutes just to check in. The food/ buffet has the same thing everyday. I will never visit this resort again.

The staff were friendly. The drinks were amazing!! There was a broken chair and I sat and fell getting hurt. The rooms closer to the front of the building was noisy from the local vendors and crossing to the beach was a pain. Maybe security should be a little more stocked because we felt harassed trying to go to the beach each time. Overall the staff in the hotel were amazing!!!

The staff for the most part was very friendly. But everything else was substandard. Each day we had to request towels and wait several hours to receive them or even make second requests. Our phone in our room did not work it was reported but never fixed. Limited food options and the menu was recycled daily. Our accommodations put a damper on our vacation.

I've read many reviews on this property that were bad. Lots of complaints about the food, staff, and the appearance. I must say, I'm extremely happy that I chose the SeaGarden Resort for my 5 night stay! The resort is not a richie rich resort. Its very homey. The staff are excellent and extremely friendly! Yes, you may come across a worker that isnt smiling and isnt as friendly as the rest, but do we all love our jobs every single day? Nope! So instead of judging that person and writing bad reviews put yourself in their shoes. The rooms were very nice and big! The balcony we had was very large with a nice table and chairs. The buffet was always good. Yes, often times you had the same stuff, but it was always tasty and there were always things that changed. When you are walking over to the beach, you will come across driver's offering rides. I HIGHLY recommend Adrian. Hes an amazing driver and extremely friendly! He will tell you all you need to know about the city and he will get you where you need to go and will wait for you. He truly helped make our trip that much better! He also made sure we were always safe, since it was just myself and my teenage son who went. If asked, YES i would recommend this resort to anyone looking to visit Montego Bay!

Let me say that this property doesn’t look anything like the pictures in their website. Everything is outdated. The rooms are outdated. There is no oceanview rooms that have double beds. The resort is so close to a busy street that every night the cars have the music sooo loud you can’t sleep until 3am and by 6 am there are people talking out loud where you ca. hear everything. From the first day we got to the hotel no one helped us with our luggaged. We had to carry our luggage ourselves. When I gave another review that our experience was terrible the guest relation at the hotel contacted us and still we told them the situation of the room and the room they offered still didn’t have an oceanview like the promoted in their website. Their excuse was the only rooms with view are the single bed rooms. They didn’t even offer a credit for deceiving us. We even told the person from guest relations that their pictures need to be updated to what is true of the resort. I was extremely disappointed about this resort. Do not book this resort because the rooms are outdated, the services is horrible. I would give them zero if I could. We were not the only guests with complaints while we were there. I hope other people read this and do not book this hotel. You will not get the room you paid for and the hospitality that you deserve. I have stayed in many hotels and resorts and by far I cannot describe how horrible this resort is.
