Checking was a breeze, Front desk agents very accommodating room was immaculate and fresh. food is great, tasty, delicious. dining staff all marvelous, attentive, polite and very helpful. My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Riu Palace Aquarelle. The resort is beautiful, relaxing, and we truly enjoyed our time there. The entertainment was top notch and there was always something fun happening throughout the day and evening. The service was also excellent — the staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome. The only downside for us was the quality of the buffet food, which could have been a bit better compared to the rest of the experience. However, aside from that, everything was great and we absolutely loved the resort. We would definitely recommend it and would happily return!
