「The property is very visually appealing and clean. Even though JOIA itself was somewhat small “small” having access to the other two adjoining properties made up for that. Of the three, JOIA to us had the nicest beach as even though small it had way less of the plagued seaweed that is sweeping across the Caribbean. Staff were courteous and helpful. My cousin requested more coffee because the coffee was cold and a waitress refused to serve her more coffee and told her that they were all out of coffee. She asked another waitress and got more coffee 」
