「Place was nice but some of the workers had a nasty attitude and made us go to the basement to get on elevator. The bathroom toilet wasn’t flushing I had to fill up the toilet with water for every flush. I will not be staying there again 」

The only thing we would recommend is getting an ac unit for the living room, because when JA is hot AND humid, oh me oh my. 「The room was beautiful with balcony overlooked the Emancipation Park. Our room was serviced by a most wonderful lady who shared my name, Nadine. She really helped to make the trip special. Rachel at reception was also outstanding. The chef prepared me a gluten-free vegan meal if the buffet didn't have an option. I truly felt cared for and pampered. 」
