clean and well decorated . would not bother with ocean view, gotta crank your neck to get a glimpse. all good cause you can walk to ocean , just would of preferred putting the extra view money in locals hands instead .

Fantastic staff operating and working at this hotel. Gavin at the pool bar went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. An overall great stay and great food. Guest rooms and bathrooms need better lighting but outside of that everything was great.

The Rok surpassed my expectations! The staff were welcoming, friendly & professional. Each staff member whether at the front desk, in the restaurant /bar or custodial went above & beyond to assist me and my family. The breakfast staff in particular were very accomodating and seemed well tained. The breakfast was topnotch with a nice mixture of Jamaican traditional & continental breakfasts. There were also healthier options. The room was clean, nicely designed and we had beautiful pool and harbour views. Great, safe stay at the ROK in downtown Kingston.
