The property is well maintained even while being under renovation to the entrance. The staff is friendly and helpful, beginning with the security personnel upon arrival. The hostess Alexandria greets you with a smile as warm as the Jamaican noon day sun. Alexandria referred to me by name even though I had not visited in 9 months. She assisted my elderly mother to her seat and recommended a smoothie for her breakfast. Very attentive and kind.
