「The upfront communication was above average. The host helped us to arrange airport transfer. The apartment was clean, and the view it lovely especially at night. 」

「The property was double booked the first two days leaving us without a place to stay. The property manager said he booked another place when we got there that was also not available. We spent several hours late in the evening until we were finally able to get a temporary booking. Communication was extremely poor overall it was hard initially to get a hold of the property owner although we had paid in advance our accommodations was not available first two days. 」

「First time we stayed here in March water went away for 4 hours. We are back and they installed a backup system. These folks care about giving the guest a good experience and it shows. We will go back next year.」

「Best value for money in Kingston. Safe, clean apartment with everything you need for self-catering and great air-conditioning and wi-fi. So close to the US Embassy, our trip went smoothly. Only issue is that check-in is very late and check-out is very early.」

「The pre-check in experience and connection to the Property manager was thorough and efficient and let you know what to expect upon arrival. Property Manager was great in laying out the property features and surrounding area. The location was walking distance from supermarkets, banks, eating locations etc. For those it pertains to, the US Embassy is also within walking distance. Community is gated so the added security benefit is there.」

「If you are thinking about staying here, don’t think about it too much JUST BOOK! It has absolutely everything you possibly need. Nearby to good restaurants, clubs, supermarkets, gas stations etc. Debbie and Kevin are such a great host... she has a lot of patience to explain everything you need to know, she answers quickly whenever you email the property and also she will help you find places to visit if you don’t have an idea of what you want to do while you are in Kingston.
