「This resorts is very beautiful, food great, room nice and clean, beautifully decorated areas. The restaurants food and esthetics of this place is nice. Female staff I would give them 5/10 for customer service. The men i would give 10/10 for customer service. Adrian a manager, crystal, tyreke, Rowan are a few names I remember that make my stay felt wonderful. Everyone should get this experience👍」

「We have stayed at other RIU properties in the past. This one was a disappointment. No room service, no pool drink service, no TV for 3 days, and no phone service the entire time. First night, there was a fight outside our room. We couldn’t call security due to having no phone service. Had to get our friends next door to call. As for entertainment, there is no diversity. Reviews talked about diversity of music, including 70’s and 80’s music. The only 70’s and 80’s music we heard was during...

「Well kept property with great views of the area. Lots of lounge chairs at the pool and beach so we are always able to secure a spot. Would have liked hot tub available for evenings or just in the spa. Pools closed early at 6pm which seemed kinda early. Steakhouse restaurant was especially good.」

「The resort is nice but not one of the nicest we have stayed in. There isn't a whole lot to do so it is more the a person or couple who just want to relax. The beach is also not one of the nicest compared to other resorts down the beach from this resort but they do offer huts which the others don't for sun protection. Water was clean and beautiful.」

「This was an amazing trip!! Staff added little decorations out of the clean laundry on the bed. Couldn't be happier. Staff was really nice and energetic. Always had an answer for you. Rooms cleaned about 2 times a day. Drinks delivered on the beach. Vendors kinda hastled but not if you tell them no and really good pricing for their goods. Great food. If you are looking for paradise with amazing people and a great atmosphere, look no further!!😁」

「Beautiful property. Staff is pleasant and accommodating. I visited the resort twice. My only issue is that they don’t offer bottled water in the rooms. Also, they could do a better job at keeping the Scotch Bonnet hut cleaner like sweeping the floor and wiping off the tables immediately after guests leave the tables. Otherwise, restaurants serve great food, buffet is great. property is lovely, staff is great!」

「Sandals Negril Jamaica was a perfect vacation for my husband and I in every way. We enjoyed a beautiful quiet room on the ground floor near the aqua center. This gave us easy access to book glass, bottom boat, tours, snorkeling, adventures, and other water sports. Are walk to the beach was two minutes. The king-size bed was perfect, and the staff made sure that we had cold water and juices whenever we needed them. The room is outfitted with complementary Red Lane spa soaps, lotions and shampoos....
