By far the worst hotel I’ve been to in all my years of visiting Jamaica. Everything was slow, and that long walk to the room felt like we were training for the Olympics each day. Definitely won’t recommend or come back.

Really enjoyed our stay. The resort is absolutely beautiful. The beach and pool always had seats available. Amenities were plentiful. They have lots of food options but unfortunately the food was just okay besides the Jamaican dishes, fruit, and ice cream which were amazing. The temperature of the food was also just warm or cold. The Jamrock restaurant was the best and the buffet had good options. There’s always some type of entertainment going on which was good for the kids as well.

I loved the aesthetic!!! The layout, design and decor was utterly stunning with each turn of my head. Though there was entertainment I feel lake it lacked sufficient entertainment in more areas on the property. Since the pools are separated by buildings I feel like each side should have its own music or shows throughout the day. The only negative point I can add is that the food selection wasn’t much. Though there were multiple options, food selections specific to Jamaica should be a staple at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Also the main dinner restaurants should just do limited reservations, they run at a quarter capacity and the wait times were ridiculous for the portion sizes.

It was a nightmare, it took us two and a half hours to check in, and in the end, they didn't give us the room we had reserved. We had to wait until the next day at 3:30 pm to get the correct rooms, we practically lost a day of our reservation. This shouldn't happen in a resort that claims to be five stars, between the service and the front desk, it should be a three-star resort.

Long check in. After getting through that, everything else is smooth. Food options was good. Food taste good. Rum punch was hitting 🙌. Music was great. Beach was great. Workers very respectful. Room very clean, and spacious.

Partial ocean view was a joke. Had to be in the swim up area before we could see a dot of the ocean. No soaking tub in room as depicted in the room we booked. Was very disappointed. Service representative called but no follow up. Sports bar was wonderful. Loved the food trucks!

Came from the UK and stayed here with my family. We stayed in the swimout room. I must say, this place was GRAND. Checking-in was easy and took less than 30 minutes. Gorgeous decor and very very clean. Our fridge was stocked daily with drinks, our bedding changed and room cleaned. The waterpark and pool were amazing. Fun for every age. All the bars, coffee and snack shop was amazing. I enjoyed endless strawberry daiquiri, blue Mountain coffee and hot chocolate. My daughter and aunt enjoyed their jerk chicken wrap, pistachio ice cream and milkshake. The hotel also have 2 food trucks. Really enjoyed that. The staff at the hotel were very friendly. Customer service was top notched. My only negative ● Didn't enjoy the fusion restaurant upstairs. ●The buffet food can be warmer/hotter. Cause the food is good. I had cornmeal porridge everyday. ● Didn't get the ice cream i wanted. Guess I'm always late. That's my fault. I had other things though. I'd definitely visit again.

Alot of walking and the beach had only had 1 rinse off location. Everyone The Rooms were Freezing and very difficult to turn the temperature up or down and the bathroom by the door eliminated the privacy if someone opened your front door. Long wait at specialty Resturant if there is a convention group on site(they come 1st). Buffet Food variety was good. Loved the many fruits...even lechee and prunes. My Rating 3.9

The ambiance was spectacular! we received great service from the staff. The food and dining options were excellent. The rooms were beautifully designed and clean, the landscaping and property was well manicured. We enjoyed every waking moment that we were there. ABSOLUTELY beautiful . My second time there and I literally only left the room because it was my boyfriend and I’d anniversary and he loves Jamrock (the restaurant - specifically the oxtail and the plantain and saltfish appetizer ) / we had a platinum club member room this time . A swim up pool and a jacuzzi . Thank God for birth control ! lol jk . Shay Shay (our butler was amazing ) took service staff amazing . House keeping staff over and beyond accommodating. Book book ! Don’t look at the price - remember to live life .
