「The hotel is beautiful inside and out. Staff is friendly. Rooms are just as described from the pictures. Our room which was ocean view in building 6 had a nice view but you still had palm trees blocking but it was still ok. They have a good variety of food to choose from. Regular drinks are ok but taste watered down. Overall everything was great and would definitely come back.」

「Landed early and I wasnt able to check in until 3 so I was outside for 3 hours. When I checked in the room was clean it was over powering with bleach. I wasnt a fan of the bathroom . Also the flights up the steps for the roof top is a bit much gota invest in an elevator its also not safe if u are wet. But the staff was great and sweet. Marlon look care of me when I hurt my foot. The front desk were very helpful they hold ur luggage if need be. Bartender Ojay who is no longer there was amazing....

「We have been to Jamaica at least 10-15 times and have stayed at several AI resorts throughout the island. Cons: This was my least favorite and I’d consider it a 3 star at best. Resort is a ghost town after 9/10pm. Need more nightly activities for the 20-40ish crowd. Piano bar gets old. Need to add foam parties, more genres of music, karaoke on stage and on a weekend.
