The rooms and common areas were excellently maintained and very comfortable.
Grounds and Landscaping
The grounds were the most beautiful we have ever seen. Walking through the property felt almost spiritual, with dense, exotic, and stunning landscaping.
Service
Damien in the water sports area was professional and caring, especially during a medical emergency.
Lynard, the groundskeeper , gave us an amazing tour and was very knowledgeable about every plant.
Odien at the bar made a special drink to accommodate my cravings and was always great.
Cornelius was everywhere, always greeting us with a huge smile and being very helpful.
Facilities and Amenities
The resort's facilities, including the pool, spa, and gym, were top-notch.
Dining Experience
The food was delicious with great variety, making each meal enjoyable.
Overall Experience
We felt at home and were sad to leave. Serenity Resort provided an unforgettable experience, and we highly recommend it. We will definitely stay there again.
