「Everything was a rush job . Staff barely helped . Had 2 roaches in my room and twice at diner . Medic also did not show up to help my sick friend . Very disappointed」

「Rooms need updating and better cleaning, our curtains had stains on backside, ironing board looked like it sat in the pool for a month. Staff was great (especially Tio and concierge Nikesha) and amenities were great! Most rooms have good views of beach and pools. The resort needs to work on sharing schedules for events and food, they barbecued some days but not others and staff wasn’t sure when there would be more.」

I wasn’t able to get to the restaurants that I was told were better. We weren’t told ahead of time that they were not open every night. Make sure to check which nights the restaurants are open.」
