Everything was great, other than getting the completely wrong room accommodations, and not having any warm water to take a shower for the 6 out of the 10 days of our trip. Staff was extremely accommodating and very kind.

Sea view room was good just some small things needed some attention. Can't speak for other rooms. Small older resort that was very quiet for the most part but the road in front of the resort is loud during the day. Staff was great. Not your typical resort for food. the cooks handled all the food and you didn't have a big buffet with cold food setting out getting cold. A picky eater may not like it but our group thought it was all good and was a nice change from the large resorts.They have another resort with a beach that can be a little crowded.

This is not an all inclusive for one you eat at certain times like a prisoner. Limited selection and have to wait in line to eat like you are receiving free lunch at a soup kitchen. The pool was dirty and hotel was so run down it’s comparable to what you would think a cheap hourly no tell motel the beds are hard it’s beyond run down pictures are definitely deceiving.

All the staff was super nice and helpful. No complaints there. However the place itself looked nothing like pictures. It was old and run down for what I paid. They have a really nice and scenic spot though. Bathroom was dirty and old and leaking and the room was kinda small.

Room was super clean and welcoming! I loved how friendly the staff were especially the two front desk ladies, the one that starts in the morning was amazing, great customer service skills! Jennifer was also lovely. We enjoyed our stay there and will definitely be back with the entire family!

The front desk staff were excellent! Very friendly, and helpful. They always had a smile on their faces. The room was clean and well maintained daily. We didn't have any face clothes (wash clothes) during our 3 day stay. We had sufficient towels. We ate at the on-site restaurant on 3 occasions during our stay. We had 1 breakfast, 1 lunch and 1 dinner. The breakfast and lunch were okay.We were, however, disappointed with dinner. It wasn't up to the usual standard we are accustomed to from local restaurants in Negril. We opted to eat out for the remainder of the meals in restaurants that were known to us. Overall we had a good experience and would recommend this hotel to anyone who wanted to experience the west end (cliffs) of Negril.

The place looked dreary and worn out. The TV did not turn off and the phone to call the front desk in the room did not work. The housekeeper was annoyed because we requested for new sheets and a new cover. The sheets on the bed were dirty and felt disgusting. Don’t go to this place save your money. As soon as we got there I asked the receptionist if I could cancel and get a refund. There was nothing to do there no entertainment and just a dry place to stay. It’s more like a hotel to just stay an overnight in. Don’t waste your time and money. Please I beg you!!!!
