「Beautiful resort, delicious food, lovely staff. The resort has so many pools and bars in addition to being right on the beach. I love that cabanas was offered to all and on a first come basis. Every restaurant had amazing food. Amazing stay! Shout out to Kevin (forgive me if I’m saying it wrong). He made sure we were taken care of the entire trip」

The good is okay, but as long as I get my oxtail and salt fish and ackee fix I'm a happy woman! I was concerned about the beach being across the street, but it really wasn't an issue or bother. 「The room was spacious and clean. There were no weird decorations. The housekeepers were very nice. The hotel grounds are stunning. We liked the romantic vibes. There were happy, beautiful couples wandering around the hotel. The beach is breathtaking and huge. There are lots of lounges. However, there were lots of beach hustlers. The food was mediocre. We decided to go to the buffet only because we had a hard time finding what we liked. The fruit selection was very limited, which is weird...

「Bed was comfy, but the birds in resort next door made sure to wake us up super early. I simply turned on my little travel white noise maker and it drowned those birds out.」

「This property reopened and they were not ready. The conditions of the resort from that constant power outages, elevators getting stuck, and the noise of the smoke alarm system randomly enunciating in the middle of the night. Some staff were gracious but for the most part they require more time. Many couples and families complained」

「I have stayed here beforehand re but I would caution fellow travellers . Make sure the hotel provides a do not disturb sign I left my room for 30 minutes and staff went in to the room without my permission and over USD$1000 was missing from my wallet, I do make a report but no one followed up Do not trust the staff here」

「I loved breakfast and different Jamaican protein and porridge everyday so if you're a must have bacon or sausage person this might not be the place for you. There are places nearby where you can get your fix so you won't be deprived. The staff is lovely and very cooperative」

「We stayed in Sagi and loved it. The outdoor shower was a little exposed based on if there are boats in the ocean outside the window going to ricks, but there is a shower inside the hut too so that was just fine. The AC works great. The music at ricks was loud until about 9pm which didn't bother us. You can hear noise from Ivan’s too, and the hut shares a wall with the restaurant, which is probably the biggest downside (you can hear Ivan’s and perhaps Ivan’s can hear you too) - I think it was...

「A little off the beaten path, but perfect if you enjoy peace and quiet. I stayed in a comfortable, relatively dry garden-view room. Dinner by the beach was just okay, but the sunset was absolutely stunning. The staff were all very nice and welcoming. Overall, a lovely and peaceful stay.」
