「The room was spotless, and the staff was really great!」

「Everything was great at the RIU Hotel Negril. We missed our connecting flight due to lack of flight attendant with Spirit (which I will never fly again with them), so we missed our first night stay. We were able to call the hotel to let them know, and upon arriving the next day they upgraded us to an ocean front room. I did not encounter one unfriendly hotel employee. I can’t wait to go back! 」
