「This resort was nothing like RIU Tropical Bay as they didn’t clean the rooms, change the bed sheets, take out the trash everyday etc. The restaurants were aweful except for the steakhouse and making reservations for them was a nightmare that even the front desk workers couldn’t do. We had a death in the family the first night that we arrived so my wife had to fly home the next day and checked out of the resort so she wasn’t there for 4 whole days and when I asked for a partial refund only for...

「Amazing place to have a great vacation. Everything works like a well oiled machine. Staff extremely attentive when you need them. Rooms are large and clean. Buffet’s Food is great and tasty. 「The pictures and advertisements of the property do not match the reality of the property. We had to ask for wash clothes. It took 10 minutes for the water to turn hot. Also, I was only there 3 nights and initially, the toilet was slow to flush, by the 2nd night, I had to ask for a plunger because the toilet was stopped up. They never had any hot cocoa which was on the menu. The views were amazing though. That was the best part about the stay.」

「We truly enjoyed our time at Catcha Falling Star. The views from the Sky Suite were breathtaking. Our room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. The entire staff was great, everyone from housekeeping, the groundskeeper, reception, lifeguards, and security guards went above and beyond to make our stay special. Ivan's is a lovely restaurant, every meal we ate there was delicious. The ambiance and views are wonderful. The hosts and waitstaff are top-notch. I just can't say enough about this...
