「So much compliments for this resort and its amazing staff. From the time we arrived, until the tme we left, all our experiences surpassed our expectations!!! I wish I could name all the staff we came in contact with, but time won't allow it. The fisrt staff were the front desk staff, and they were amazing. Anthaniel and his co-worker (sadly I forgot her name) were first contact with your resort, and from there on, the bar was set very high! We knew we had picked a "20 🌟" establishment!...

「We have stayed in many hotels in Negril since 2015 and this is our favorite. It’s so nice. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The staff are friendly helpful, courteous and offer exceptional service. Our meals (breakfast and dinner) were delicious and plentiful. Big ups to the staff , the wonderful chefs and especially Parchie for his outstanding bar and restaurant service, music choices and great company. 「The scenery and ocean was amazing. The upkeep of the grass, flowers and trees were beautiful to gaze upon. Very lowkey and had the pool all to myself. Friendly hotel staff, felt very safe great security men. 」
