「We had a great stay despite hurricane Melissa and wish to commend the staff and management for their response and attention to guests' needs and services during and after the hurricane.
We met many outstanding and caring staff and hope hotel will be able to retain them once it reopens.
We are also grateful for the complimentary days post hurricane and all the efforts to facilitate our safe return to our respective homes.

「We had a wonderful stay at this resort. We did a vow renewal ceremony, and I am so glad we did. Our location was absolutely beautiful, but what really makes this resort special is the people. Everyone made us feel extra special; which was, well, special. 」

「My husband and I stayed here for our first visit to Jamaica. We loved it!! The staff were all incredibly kind, the musical artists all very talented, and the food was delicious compared to other all inclusives we’ve stayed at. We are in our early 30s and, for the most part, the crowd was on the older side - which we loved because it was relaxing and not a wild party scene. Also, check out the piano bar at night!! We saved it for our last night and wish we’d gone sooner. Super fun 」
