We had an amazing time with our family there. When we had any small issues, mr. Brown was very helpful and quick to react! Highly recommended host. The palapa and the ocean view were top notch! The walk to the private beach is short and no bother at all.

This is a very nice property, especially if you’re looking for a nice quiet getaway with your family. The pool and beach are just a 3 minute walk. Any issue I had was resolved very quickly, and Everyone was so friendly.

This place was situated in a Negril neighborhood close to all the resorts. It had all the amenities of home and a stunning view of the sunsets. The people managing this property is what I believe sets it apart from any other hotel. We are a family of six and it was able to accommodate us quite well. The boys slept on the pull out and we didn’t care if they were comfortable or not.

The two story town house is located on the cliff facing the ocean, with spectacular view. I can’t say enough how beautiful this property is. In the end we decided to spend more time in the house to enjoy the view and surroundings, reading and having dinner, watching sunset. The property itself is well equipped, clean and modern. The master bed room has beautiful view of the ocean -almost like painting with every morning waking up to embrace the sun and blue ocean. The property manager Mr. Brown is extraordinary. He welcomed us by arranging a special meal cooked by the chef Andrea who did such a wonderful dinner for us. Mr. Brown was very thoughtful and would go extra miles to help the guests. We were very grateful for all his help. The property is virtually out of nowhere - good it’s away from the crowd but it would be good to have your own car to give more flexibility to go around.

My friend and I absolutely loved this property. The townhouse is absolutely beautiful was very clean with new and modern amenities. The Little Bay Country Club, where the townhouse is located, is next door to the Riu Hotel Resort and approximately 1hr and 30 minutes away from Montego Bay (Sangster International Airport) We loved hanging out in the elevated palapa overlooking the ocean as well as the patio. Our coordinator, Marie, was very gracious, easy to get a hold of and communicate with leading up to our arrival day. She was very prompt in returning messages. We were met by Mr. Brown (local manager) who was very friendly and gracious. He gave us a very thorough tour of the townhouse and clubhouse
