Some of the customer service had bad attitudes, very unfriendly. They act like they didn't want be there. Need more customer service training. My second time there, my first time i had a wonderful everyone was nice. Second time around was not happy, will not go back.

The staff was so accommodating! The entertainment was cool. There was no top shelf liquor. The ambience was nice but the property itself was old not taken care of. The pool was not maintained, the room smelled musty and urine in the bathroom. I asked to be moved I didn’t get moved until the 3rd day and at 4pm. The food was mediocre here. I feel like this resort shouldn’t have been $500 ish a night. More so like $250-300 a night Reminds me of an upgraded motel 6. I won’t be back.

Loved the Royalton. The entertainment and parties at night were amazing. The bartender Shauntele at the Martini Bar was great and the host Alan by the cabanas gave us excellent service. We will definitely be back!!
