Had a great experience.. our butlers Orlando & Jermaine were great! They booked our reservations for dinner and provided us with everything we needed while at the resort. Although the resort just reopened there were a few minor things such as sink leaking slightly and the 2nd shower head not working.. Orlando and Jermaine definitely made up for it with the exceptional service they provided. When we return we will definitely be requesting them again!

My trip was ok.. We booked the swim out room and it was really nice. The hotel lost power in the night and we couldn’t get food at the restaurant we reserved, however, the food at the buffet was good and the variety wasn’t bad at all.. The entertainment staff did great!!! The vibes was really nice, it was raining and they brought the entertainment at a covered outdoor bar and it was really good

Everyone in the staff was great. Main downsides being limited options for room service and cant take food from buffet upstairs. Buffet was hit or miss on the taste but both restaurants i tried (grazie and armadillo) were amazing. All inclusive but mainly mid- lower shelf drinking options. Pool closes early ( or what i considered early) but family friendly so i guess thats standard.
