Stayed in Seaside 3, beautiful 5 star hut, directly infront of the pool, which is diectly in front of the ocean, which is directly in front of the sunset! The staff make the difference... everyone is delightful without exception. Stand outs include Allison, Vanessa, Billy but most especially Shanakay. Food was good, except for one jerk pork that was seriously overcooked like leather. Would have liked a hot tub, but the pool was beautiful, Small and personal, with only 50 guests, but during our stay probably never more than 20 Would return!

My husband had a medical emergency while on property and they were so helpful and caring, checking on us often during our stay. I am writing to express my profound disappointment regarding my recent stay at the Ocean Cliff resort, which I booked through your platform. This trip was planned as a special celebration for my wife’s birthday, but unfortunately, a series of significant issues and misrepresentations completely overshadowed the occasion. While Ocean Cliff is advertised on Expedia as a 4+ star property, our experience reflected a 2.5-star resort at best. Below are the primary issues that severely impacted our stay: • Inadequate Room Conditions: Our initial room was unbearably hot due to a broken air conditioning unit, forcing us to go through the inconvenience of packing up and changing rooms. • Lack of Basic Utilities: We experienced a complete lack of hot water in our room. I had to escalate this to the resort staff several times before anyone adequately addressed it, which is unacceptable for a highly-rated property. • Closed Amenities: The outdoor bar was actively being worked on and closed to guests. As a result, we had to constantly leave the pool/lounge area and go inside just to order drinks. • Misrepresented Beach: The beach was nothing like the beautiful photos advertised on your listing. It was extremely rocky and rough, making it completely unenjoyable and entirely misleading. • Subpar Dining Options: The restaurant menu was incredibly limited, offering very few choices for a resort of this supposed caliber. When we book a 4+ star resort through a trusted platform like Expedia, esp

Seaside cottage room was amazing!! Clean, beautiful, and the views were phenomenal. The staff were all so kind. The pool was perfect, always able to get a chair, quiet, peaceful, ocean water was calm and perfect for floating away on the rafts provided! Seaside massage was incredible. Only ate at the restaurant once and it was decent. A bit slow but nice. Dolphins swim by in the mornings! Definitely will stay again!

This Hotel far exceeded my expectations. It had high rating but I thought it was probably overrated until I arrived . The Views ,Ocean Cliffs Amazing Staff from Heather , Afri, Raquel , Richmond the Bartender , even the Maintenance Guy Cardaine made sure we were comfortable. We had Swedish massage and it was so amazing I went in to have my first ever facial . That too was rejuvenating. That's Shanique , you did an amazing job . We will be back . Oh we had dinner there and it was the authentic Jamaican Food 🇯🇲👍♥️. One Love
