"My room was not cleaned when I arrived. I had to go to Reception to request a room change. Upon arriving it took approximately one hour to receive a room assignment although I arrived after 3 p.m. This is not an adult friendly resort. Everything with the exception of the Sports Bar closes at 10 p.m. ..."
