I was able to keep in mind that they just reopened after a catastrophic one in a lifetime hurricanes with that said the only few things I feel that they could've stepped up with was giving the staff a better work environment, especially the lifeguards. ...

Staff was friendly, room was clean when I got it. However the lack of regular cleaning service is not ideal. Room only gets cleaned every three days and only if you ask. There's no food on the premise so you'll have to buy outside of the property.
