Very nice and welcoming staff. Resort is beautiful with a variety of restaurants for every taste bud. The only thing I would change is the cleaning people using some type of disinfectant to clean bathrooms and rooms because room had an offensive odor upon check in. My next trip to Jamaica I will be staying at this resort again.

From check-in I knew everything was going to be great! We were welcomed with drinks and smiles. The process was smooth and pretty quick for us. The room was extremely clean and the minibar was stocked. The oceanfront private pool was everything and made our stay even better. So many things to do while there. Overall, our stay was pleasant. We enjoyed the pool area, and many of the staff members were very kind and welcoming. That said, there are several areas that could be improved. The food at all of the restaurants was mediocre. We were also frequently approached and pressured to purchase spa massages throughout the resort, which felt overly aggressive and became annoying. Additionally, there were many cats around the property, particularly near food areas by the pool and at the Poseidon Restaurant. Lastly, the website advertised non-motorized water sports, but none were available during our stay.
