「Extremely disappointing experience. Unfortunately, Royalton Negril did not live up to our expectations. The biggest disappointment was the food. It was consistently dry, stale, repetitive and honestly terrible. We came to Jamaica excited to enjoy authentic Jamaican food and didn’t get oxtail ONCE — not even on Jamaican Night, which was shocking. Room service was just as bad. 「The rooms were cleaned daily fresh towels, the staff from checkin to checkout was awesome, the bellhop Andre was right there when I was leaving you get my heavy bag. The food daily was great especially eating good Jamaican food, the dining staff made it even better making sure our glasses were always filled. Loretta in entertainment was great she really knows how to keep the crowd going. I will be back on my next visit.」

「We stayed at the resort for 3 nights! We enjoyed every single moment of our stay. Our arrival was very pleasant. The front desk staff was very helpful and informative on everything and explained everything well. The bellhop staff were very accommodating and ensured that our bags would be safe until we checked in to our room. Our room was very clean and smelled clean when we arrived.
