「Waaaay too much theft by staff here. They were stealing out of rooms without any regard. Master room keys were being used by someone on the staff. It's not a good place to visit to me.」

「First time staying at resort that accommodates children so it was different. I also didn’t like that there wasn’t any liquor in rooms, no staff was offering liquor in and around property … the rooms very basic . The staffs for the most part were friendly and nice , the food was nice with variety of Jamaica cuisines. Wouldn’t really stay there again but it was okay for the time being.」

「Overall we enjoyed our stay.. upon arrival..we had to wait on a room.. they were very busy.. the A/C didn’t work well but we were moved to a different room the next day..telephone cord didn’t connect to phone..our tv didn’t work the last 2 days of our stay.. and the main complaint.. the property doesn’t have an elevator..I think it’s time for an upgrade,. But the staff is so helpful and nice.. and the food that’s included is A1..so that makes up for the cons..it can be a nice place to stay..we...

「Great pool, great beach, great hotel. All-inclusive Marketplace restaurant was delicious, Great salad and fruit ball and 4-5 meal choices every meal. Separate Italian, seafood and Jamaican restaurants if you didn’t want a buffet. Very nice all around.」
