"Princess Mangrove did not live up to its expectations. We stayed on the family side and we were fooled by social media to book our stay there. The service was horrible. As a returning resident with my Jamaican accent still active, waiters and waitresses did not treat me well until after they saw that I will be tipping. Once I tipped, they transformed into well trained service reps. I did recognize other race getting better treatment and attended to faster. The wait time dinner at the restaurants...
