「Highly recommend this property for families!! My kids (4 and 7) loooooved the bunk beds!!! We had a little bit of an issue checking in because they put us in a non bunk bed room and the second room was occupied but the assistant front desk manager treated us to a cabana on the water park for one of the days. 「Room is nice and very clean . Lacy Ann was our housekeeper and she was excellent and kind .. majority of restaurant staff are so sweet .. although service is beyond slow for breakfast . Definitely on island time . Beach security is excellent no issues .. the beach and water is second to none. Gorgeous is an understatement . Food is pricey but it is everywhere today .. food is delicious .. pools are good but could use a little refresh with missing tiles in adult pool. Water is crystal clear...

「Saubere moderne Zimmer. Die Rezeption war nicht ständig besetzt somit gab es bei Problemen kaum einen Ansprechpartner. Das Hotel wird unter verschiedenen Leitungen geführt. So gibt es einen Küchenchef und einen Poolverantwortlicgen usw. Das Frühstück war nicht wie ind der Hotelbeschreibung. Es gab nur Eier und Toast. Nach Beschwerden wurde dann nach 3 Tagen etwas Bacon serviert aber Obst war weiterhin nicht verfügbar. Am Abreisetag war es nicht möglich ein Launchpaker zu bekommen wie...

「Staff were very friendly and helpful, had some issues in the room and he was quick to respond and deal with it. Made me feel at ease. Food was delicious. The room was clean and the bed was so comfortable. Only suggestion would be have outlets checked and fix headboard. 」

「The room was huge and very clean. It was right on the beach and in the perfect location. Security guards made me feel safe and the staff was friendly. Would definitely recommend staying here! 」
