The only issue was the missing window at the top which caused a constant gust of wind which caused a vacuum effect with the curtains so they kept being su ked out the window at the top although a bit concerning it was not a huge issue. "I honestly do not understand the hype behind this place. For the amount you pay here — easily $100–150 per person depending on drinks and appetizers — the experience was shockingly bad from start to finish. I’ve genuinely received better customer service from Chick-fil-A and even McDonald’s. The service was one of the worst parts. Our salad came out completely dry with no dressing, and after trying multiple times to get someone’s attention, the staff either ignored us or acted annoyed that we were asking for basic things. It felt like once they dropped the food off, we no longer existed. Water glasses stayed empty, dirty plates sat on the table forever, and nobody checked on us. For a restaurant charging premium prices, you expect professionalism, attention to detail, and at least decent hospitality. Instead, the staff seemed disorganized, uninterested, and completely disconnected from the dining experience. The food itself was mediocre at best and definitely not worth the price point. I don’t mind paying for expensive meals when the quality and service match the cost, but this felt like paying luxury prices for fast-food level service — except somehow slower and less attentive. Extremely disappointing experience overall, and unfortunately not somewhere I would recommend or return to."

"Room from the beginning ! No robes no ironing board and pubic hairs on the toilet and floor Called customer service was asked to send pictures I did and nothing else no im sorry no consessions...the bench and the end of the bed was dirty as well as the platform on the sides of the bed and bedroom flood.i wiped my hands across them and dirt was in my hands. Bench on balcony had yup you guessed it more pubic hairs. The phone in the room cord had a short .Noone offered to repair. What a very non customer satisfaction was concern...then meanwhile leaving was kept getting hung up on to get my bags picked up. Then Jermaine night manager crossed my path told him everything.did not offer any concessions. Then they had the nerve to say my bill was 600 dollars .when I didn't order anything or stay at that complex...forgot about the shower no water pressure shooting scauling a minute later and the roaches in the shower."

"This resort was beautiful! The staff was very attentive and accommodating. There was an issue with the AC in our building, and they were gracious enough to move rooms for the night, then back to our original room the following morning. Overall it was an amazing trip for our honeymoon/first anniversary. We will be returning to this resort in the future"
