Had a rough start on a 7 day stay.. water leak the first night, resulting in moving us to a better room. The second room had its own challenge, which was rectified... over all first two days were really rough. The staff was highly responsive and were apologetic for the inconvenience. They made it up by offering free Spa treatments. Over all pretty good facilities, excellent and clean beach, all-inclusive had good variety for breakfast and lunch buffets. Dinner options included both buffet and multiple restaurant options (not all restaurants were good). Over all a good resort if considering all-inclusive option. I Recommend it!!

Our stay at the Grand Palladium Select was great. Upon arrival we were greeted for our exclusive check in by JUAN who gave us a rundown of the resort and helped us to our rooms. Juan made this trip amazing by being extremely responsive and helpful the whole stay. Juan was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and we would return for the service he provided! The resort itself was very large- the romance suite was gorgeous and the outdoor showier was super unique and fun. The staff throughout the resort work very hard and are all friendly as well. Only complaint would be somewhat slow service at some of the bars- but it’s vacation it’s not a huge deal! The food was hit or miss at the a la carte restaurants- Argentinian, Tapenyaki and Italian were all great. The buffet food was good, you could tell it was fresh! The pool entertainment staff were lots of fun! I would recommend better night time entertainment as this resort didn’t seem to offer any night time shows. Overall we had a great stay and were very grateful for the service provided by Juan!

We stayed in the family suite section of the resort. Pros: The staff bell boys, pool, some front desk, beach and spa were great. The food was a 7/10 overall. There is also a huge selection of restaurants on the resort. Cons: the resort is massive! And there was limited transportation to maneuver around. So easy to get lost and got lost twice. It was difficult to get a golf cart to go places and the system was so unorganized. As soon as night hits, it’s hard to get in touch with someone for a ride unless you have a bell boy’s number to contact. They do all the work. All the higher ups tried to sell you to partner with them (basically a timeshare) don’t do it they will try to steal your money. Glad I didn’t and they lie and say it’s a welcome breakfast but they want to actually sell you a lie to buy a timeshare and it took up most of our time in the morning (4 hours to be exact). Also I had the swim up room… and after 2 days of staying there we saw cockroaches!! Yes cockroaches! We immediately demanded a new room and it took us 4 hours at 10pm to get in contact with someone at the front desk and I had to text the bell boy who were off. It’s just ridiculous. Then we were downgraded and claimed to not be able to find a room on that level. Also before that they offered to fumigate the room… what??!! I took pics of multiple ones and if I didn’t they would call me a liar. That tells me this was not the first complaint and they don’t care to fix it. I don’t recommend this resort.

Everything was amazing. Our butler Rafael went out of his way to make our family (couple with 2 kids) comfortable and welcome. From restaurant reservations to small gifts for kids he took care of everything for us. Our flight got cancelled and he assisted us with additional accommodation. Overall the property is beautiful with lot of pools, activities for every age group through the day. Very clean, and one of the best properties we have been too. The entire property was beautiful.. just breath taking. The pools and property was always clean with staff maintaining the property all day. My butler Rafael Peguero was amazing. He was very kind, friendly, helpful, checked in on us everyday, made sure we were taken care of even when he was off, he made our stay so much better. The personal touches he provided for my birthday was everything. The dinner and the rose petals in the room was amazing!
