I had a wonderful time during my stay. The staff was extremely friendly, the room was super clean honestly everything was very clean. There’s food for everyone, vegan options, kids etc. 10/10 recommend

From the moment we arrived, the service was consistently excellent—friendly, attentive, and always with a smile. The highlight of our trip was definitely the waterpark: vibrant, fun, and perfect for all ages. We spent hours there and loved every minute! Special shoutout to the team at the pool bars—The Mix and The Reef. Their attention to detail and warm hospitality were absolutely top-notch. Drinks were perfectly crafted, and the vibe was just right. 10/10 for their service! Honestly, we loved everything about this place. It’s the kind of resort that makes you want to come back before you’ve even left. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing yet exciting getaway!

Sobre todo la atencion, desde que llegamos tomaron nuestras maletas, las cuidaron bien, al momento de registrarnos fue rapido, me sorprendieron al cambiar mi habitacion por una mejor por mi cumpleaños, la habitacion limpia y con todo lo necesario para estar super comodas, el servicio a la habitacion muy amable, muy respetuoso, la comida llego caliente y muy rica, en general una atencion de primera y las comidas deliciosas, muy segura todas las instalaciones, gracias nos sentimos como en casa y queremos volver por más.

We had a wonderful stay at Dreams Onyx! The resort is beautiful and well kept, and the service made all the difference. Our maitre d’, Angel, deserves a special shout-out — he checked in on us regularly and made sure we were comfortable. When our first room had an AC issue, he quickly arranged a new one and followed up afterward to ensure we were happy. Truly above-and-beyond service! The staff across the resort were consistently friendly and helpful, which created such a welcoming atmosphere. We really enjoyed the lazy river at Onyx — so fun and relaxing — and appreciated having access to Breathless next door. While Breathless offered a more laid-back, adults-only vibe, Onyx was the heart of our trip and we’re so glad we chose to stay here. Dreams Onyx exceeded our expectations, and we’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Punta Cana!

We really enjoyed our stay at this resort, there were plenty of options for dining as well as swimming with our two young kids. At all times every employee was friendly, helpful, and willing to ensure we had a fantastic time from those in the restaurants to those walking the grounds to ensure it looked immaculate. I would like to call out our concierge Breilin who throughout the week was nothing short of exceptional and was always in contact offering any type of support that he could provide. He really made a difference to the quality of our stay. Thanks to all at the Dreams Oynx Resort & Spa

The food is so limited in the buffet restaurant. Some people seem to not want to work at the hotel. The quality of the food on Tamarindo is bad. The room was clean all the time.

This is our second time coming to this resort and it did not disappoint, the staff is great, the food is amazing. Feliciano the bartender by the beach it’s amazing, he treated us like family and went above and beyond for us, he even recognized us from the first time we came, our Butler Francisco was also really good and made sure we had everything we needed
