"The room was clean and the staff was EXCEPTIONALLY FRIENDLY AND NICE! My daughter and I had a wonderful trip!! The only negative comment I have is that we didn’t notice that they were charging gratuity every time we ate at the hotel. Who puts gratuity on a check for only 2 people? That really upset ..."
