"Resort is beautiful & very clean! The rooms are large and the bed was comfortable. We opted for the “Elite Club” access, but not sure it was totally worth the extra cost or even necessary. I will say that if you are looking for a “quiet/laid back” pool atmosphere the EC pool & pool bar is exactly that & might be worth the extra money. We never had any issues getting into any of the the restaurants, which seemed to be the case whether you were an Elite Club member or not. We felt our best meal was the one night we took advantage of the private EC restaurant, but all of the food options were very good. Biggest issue for us was the limited hours for the restaurants, with the exception of the buffet. Keep in mind that the very large buffet or the pool grill (hot dogs, hamburgers, grilled chicken) are the only lunch options offered."

"We apparently traveled to Cancun wrong time of year. There was so much seaweed. There was no use of the beach. No swimming was allowed. The pools are fantastic. The staff was great. The food was amazing. Just sad. We couldn’t use the beach."

"This property is amazing. I’ve been to other resorts and nothing can be compared to this specific resort. It’s one of the best ones. I’ve come across friendly to adults teenagers kids, and families and babies. I am definitely looking out for another opportunity to come back to this location. It is on my list to come back in the future and make more memories. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a good time, for amazing food, and for great drinks."
