"Excellent location. Check in was easy and the room was cleaned every day. You really don’t get that anymore. The only complaint is housekeeping woke us up day of checkout at 8am trying to get into our room while we were sleeping. "

"The staff was lovely and the cleaning ladies were very sweet and considerate. It was a cute and chic and spacious hotel. Very convieniently located for me since I was at a midtown conferenace and there was a ton of good quick food near by. It was also close to Central Park. "

"Perfect location! Close enough to time square yet far enough not to be noisy and over crowded. We didn’t have a shower curtain in our room and didn’t notice until midnight. The staff moved us to a suite for the inconvenience and turned our average stay into a phenomenal experience. Great customer service goes a very long way! This will be my hotel of choice going forward while in New York! "
