From checking in to checking out, everything was excellent. Quick check in. Staff were really courteous and helpful. Staying in the Grizzly Bear suite was as advertised. It was spacious and very clean. The water park is huge and fun. There is also an outdoor pool area that was nice. I highly recommend grabbing one of the outdoor cabanas to lay by the pool for swimming and relaxing. There isn’t any fine dining but there were a handful of food options. If you decide to dine out, there are several great options close and in the area. Over all, a great place. My family and I are definitely going to do it again.

The experience was lovely, but extremely over priced. Our room was nice but you can tell the cleaning was rushed there was hair on the bathroom floor and on bed sheets. Overall we really enjoyed the activities and lobby events

So disappointed with the staff and how she encouraged me to purchase the unlimited pass when I was holding my 1.5 year old daughter who literally couldn't do anything. What a scam and they don't ever answer the phone to sort this out. My 6 year old isn't tall Eno gh rondo anything alone and the little one can't do anything so this family trip was completely divided and we felt very misled by the check in staff.

Very poor customer service! They do not care to answer questions! They get annoyed easily and do not give you all the details about how everything is handled. I had to push to get just the minimum of information. Had a very stressful morning, and I qas very disappointed to see their attitude. I had a Caucasian young man attending us today the 13th of July. He was not helpful at all. Service in the water park is not good either, they will charge the wrong items and not even care to give you the right ones on time. We felt ignored. The lady in the buffet attending the food was awesome ! She made us feel welcome today at dinner. I really wanted to get the most out of this trip because we came to celebrate my sons birthday but I am very disappointed on how things went today. I really wanted to plan all activities and get the best deals with packages but I guess we have to figure it out ourselves.
