Staff was exceptional in all experiences. Food was good, but extremely high even for resort pricing. Waterpark was great for the kids. Posts holding up shade screens were very dirty with hand soil, months worth. Pool movie cancelled due to high winds. Sky was clear and breezes almost imperceptible. Pool surround pavers were extremely hot. Warning signs were posted. Ample parking.

We had a great time at the lazy river. The hot tub was great too. The hotel service was excellent. I wish there was a microwave in the hotel and the room setup was a bit awkward and I didn’t sleep well, but the trip was ultimately good.

Been here a few times and always had a great stay. However, this last time i noticed the hotel rooms are starting to look a little run down. We actually checked into our room and there was water leaking coming from the air conditioning vent. It was quickly fixed by moving us into a different room. Which was great! Because we did get a free upgrade! The pools, slides and lazy river were great as well but did start to become over crowded as the day got later.

We booked a last minute staycation before school started. I read all the reviews and thought this would be a GRAND vacation. I was disappointed. The room that slept 6 barely fit 3 comfortably. Our teen that got stuck on the pull out was a trooper but that mattress was TERRIBLE! The suite was very small. Our first day we arrived to an insanely crowded water park. There were no chairs together-anywhere!! We finally found 2 and shared them and after 3 hours we decided to pull the neighboring towels aside. Of course after 3 hours the people came back and wanted their seats back. You shouldn’t be able to place your towels on a chair and abandon them for half a day! Different selfish people also loved to hoard the tubes from the Lazy River. They’d pull them out and place them at their spot and claim they were “theirs.” The wave pool was wall to wall people and just not fun. My kids were thoroughly disappointed in this water park. The lines for the big slides were incredibly long. They wait a full 2-3 minutes after each person goes down so it takes forever to ride them! Food and drinks were extremely overpriced. The workers worked very hard but it was such slow service. I will not return to the place. Clearly they let too many people in with that Resort Pass. It did not meet expectations and don’t fall for the mid July low prices! You’ll definitely pay your fair share in resort fees, food, drinks etc!

We loved this resort and will definitely return. The amenities, including the amazing water park and multiple pools outside of the water park, kept us busy. The spa and gym were a great size and the suites are spacious and comfortable.

90 dollars per night for resort fee is insane don’t offer much. Housekeeping stole my Hat. Housekeeping took almost all day to come clean the room. Go somewhere else if you can not worth the price.

Lifegaurds weren't consistent with the rules at the lazyriver. Alot of deflated tubes for lazyriver not being accessible. People standing in lazyriver in the way of floaters. slides took long for additional riders next turn.

I thought the resort was nice. I would probably stay again. It’s kinda outdated but still nice. Our room was DIRTY upon arrival but housecleaning came swiftly to clean the room and even gave complimentary wine. The waterpark was nice. I suggest renting a day bed or chairs. The views at the resort are beautiful. There is a shopping mall very close by. And the resort is right off the freeway and reasonably close to the airport. The parking…well just be prepared to walk and if you lucky you will catch a golf cart to wheel you around the resort.

Waterpark is a major let down. Upcharging everywhere, and very dirty. Do not bring your own floats or plan on bringing eater balls, you will be denied. You must float on the flat inner tubes provided. I asked for them to be filled, nope, can’t… kinda shocked me. There are pile ups of empty flat tubes left in the river (which is what the attendants advise to do when done floating) and they are annoying. Paying a HIGH resort fee for the waterpark is robbery. Have visited in the past, and it has gone Downhill for sure. The pools in the buildings are must better. Room was not clean, and bathroom door hinges were coming off. Overall, disappointing.
