Loved this stay with my kiddos. The rooms were well-laid out, spacious, and clean. The indoor waterpark was awesome, and we loved getting a break from the heat. There was plenty to do, with really cool theming, so we didn’t need to leave the resort the entire time we were there. Already planning our return!

Enjoyed our stay and all the amenities at Great Wolf Water Park Hotel, the grizzly suite was perfect for Four adults and a child. The room was well maintained and comfortable! The water slides , pools and kids activities made it a fun day ! While you don’t have to leave the facility for food it was pricey and fair in quality , strange having to scan your cup for soda barely get enough to fill the cup in 6 seconds . Overall excellent stay!!!

We had an amazing stay at Great Wolf Lodge! Everything was clean, organized, and family-friendly. Everything about the GWL was perfect. The staff properly greets everyone upon arrival and departure, the wolf was very kind, customer service was very helpful, informative. Building was spotless. We had an amazing time, excited to come back.

Fire alarm middle of the night. Extra charges for parking and just about everything else. I wasn’t aware it was a family vacation spot nightly music blasting and kids running around everywhere wasn’t my cup of tea. Pool and hot tub packed to capacity with kids. Not a good experience for myself

The property is less than 2 years old, but it looks like it's a decade or older. AC didn't work, sent someone to fix it first night. Trash everywhere in the common areas. A mile long line to check in on a KIOSK when a person enters the property, because why would I want to talk with a human. Over priced everything. Horrible food at the restaurants, horrible service at the restaurants. Got my baby a high chair MYSELF every meal except 1. They do not know anything about service

Property is clean, Isabelle at check in was very courteous and gave us a warm welcome! I have been to two other locations and this property seems smaller and does not have some of the slides as the North Carolina property. Overall experience was great and family had a lovely time.

All in one accommodation. Rooms were comfortable and cleaning staff checked on us daily and would do a full clean up or just replace your towels. The pool areas, in and out are very clean and safe. We can't help other people's mannerism or cleanliness as some just leave their area as if they live in the woods but the staff is there to clean up as they leave. Would highly recommend a stay for the family. Our 13-year-old grandson still enjoys the indoor swim park and slides. Blessings
