「客服服务很好、 唯一的缺点就是床太小了」

「Great location and excellent service. Great all-around experience.」

「All Accor messed up my booking and I have a hard time to check into the hotel. I have to check in and out for 2 times during the 3 days stay. Usually my stay used to be very good. This time, the phone and the hair dryer are not working in my room. The package I got with breakfast included was not showed in the hotel reservation. In general, the All Accor booking system made this stay a bad one.」

「big room, nice front desk, free snack and 24h coffee and water, breakfast included.」

「nice」

Starting at 9 AM, there was loud, sharp construction noise in the building, and the cleaning staff kept slamming doors, creating even more disturbance. The accommodation conditions were very poor and we couldn’t get any rest. This was by far our worst stay ever. The hotel refused to offer any compensation or adjustment, and didn’t allow us to check out early...

「So good」

「客房乾淨」

「The room is very clean and tidy. It is a two double bed room and spacious compared the ones in New York. Just less than 5 minutes from the closest subway but the nearby environment noisy.」
