"Very friendly, clean & nice"

"We arrived early and the front desk staff had a room ready. We had a 1-bedroom suite with a pull out couch for our daughter. We asked for additional blankets for the bed and a kettle to make tea in the morning and both items were brought up quickly. The staff was great! The room was clean, but some areas a little worn (scuffed walls - minor cosmetics, etc). The central location is perfect - easy to get around town and close to shops and restaurants. Would highly recommend!"

"I arrived early after a rough travel day and the front desk found me a room early so I could rest. The view was fantastic with the Chrysler Building visible giving me great pictures each night. The gym had everything I needed from a squat rack to free weights. My only wish is that there would have been a great restaurant in the building but it’s NYC and I was surrounded by great food options so it wasn’t a big deal. I will probably always come back to this hotel in the future as the service was top notch."

"Overpriced, especially compared to other hotels in the area. The location is fine, but not as convenient as koreatown. The surprise fees were annoying. Having to go to the roof for coffee is annoying. No microwave or free coffee in the lobby is disappointing. The balcony is so small barely one tiny person can stand on it. Not being able to control temp in the room was awful, one staff member goes above and beyond (she works 3-10 ish) The bed was comfortable and I liked that the bathroom was not off the sleeping area.
