「I came here a few years ago and felt pretty good, but this time the experience was too bad. The noise of the air conditioner was so bad that I couldn't sleep, and the sound insulation was poor. I could hear the conversation in the next room, and the restroom fan was broken. won't come back here any more!!!!」

「The beach access was everything! The front desk staff was amazing especially Derail. He was so attentive and relatable. He made sure we were comfortable and made our stay very pleasant. Next stay here we hope to see him again! 」

We asked the staff for help in a very friendly manner, yet we were treated with a very poor attitude and no sincere apology was made to us. It was a very bad feeling to be discriminated against for the money spent and will never choose this hotel again!」
