El personal fue muy atento y en la medida de sus posibilidades atendieron las solicitudes como problemas para accesar a la habitacion, puesno leia la tarjeta, el hotel en general es viejo, no tiene mantenimiento adecuado, la tina de la duña con pintura descarapelada, da comezon en las camas. Su ubicacion es genial pero no lo recomendaria.

Room was smelly, dirty and had cockroaches. It is 9pm and we are headed to the airport now and rather sit there until 6:40 when our flight leaves for Vancouver. I’m diabetic and have not eaten yet. My daughter and I wanted to order food, but could not stand the smell in the hotel when we checked in. So we walked to find a restaurant and had no luck. Finally we had given up and decided to order and possibly eat in the dirty lobby. When we went to our room we saw cockroaches. There was hair in the bathtub, not ours. Jam stuck on the door that went all over our hands. We did speak to Pedro I believe he said his name is. Anyhow, this was the worst experience in a hotel. Even third world countries have better accommodation. We chose La Quinta because we have stayed at this chain before. We are just sickened with this experience. With my daughter’s allergy reaction and myself taking 16 pills a day. I have fibromyalgia (chronic pain). I’m diabetic as well. We have now arrived at the airport. Let’s see how our night here goes. We are so disappointed, angry, inconvenienced, disgusted and frustrated!

Very poor hygiene, uncomfortable pillows, stained clothes and towels, no safe box or phone in the room, no airport view, and breakfast without bacon, ham, or bagels. They also don't have extra pillows. I don't recommend it.

Everyone was nice and breakfast had eggs, fruit, and breads, enough for our family. Our room was comfortable, it wasn’t dirty but you can tell the building has been in use for a long time. Our TV screen was messed up, the chair in our room had leather peeling off of it, and the bathtub was stained. The temp stayed cold and we slept well though.

Room was terrible and they didn’t communicate about us missing our 930 pickup which we didn’t we was downstairs at 830, no washcloths in the room, tv barely work and last the air conditioning was not working the room was hot all night long

-we called the hotel to ask about the shuttle. They said they came on the hour every hour. We were there at 9:30 am and they didn’t come until 11am -room was dirty, hotel was dirty, pool area was dirty, and we had roaches in the room. -fridge and tv didn’t work and the toilet wouldn’t flush. -front desk and staff were rude and then spoke in Spanish to each other saying even worse things than was said to our faces. -they had waffles, blueberry yogurt, and fruit (that was definitely past expiration) for breakfast. Overall, the absolute worst hotel experience I have ever had.
